Marko Pipunić
President of the Management Board
Marko Pipunić is the President of the Management Board and founder of Žito Group. He has held this position for 35 years. Mr. Pipunić holds a Masters's degree in Agricultural Engineering, specializing in Animal Husbandry, from the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Osijek. Throughout his professional career, he has been dedicated almost entirely to entrepreneurship, with a strong focus on agriculture, animal husbandry, and crop production. His business achievements have been widely recognized, most notably with the prestigious EY Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2016.
In addition to his role within the Group, Marko Pipunić owns the International Medical Center "Priora", the sports center "Sokolski Dom" in Osijek, and the restaurant "Crna Svinja." Through these initiatives, he actively supports the local community and contributes to continuously improving the region's social infrastructure.

Josip Bičvić
Member of the Management Board
Josip Bičvić is a member of the Management Board of the Žito Group, responsible for industry and trade. He holds a degree in Computer Science and began his professional career in 2007 at the Žito Group. Over the years, he progressed through various positions, including Sales Officer in the meat department, Production Administrator at the Animal Feed Factory, and Manager of the mill and silo. He was appointed to the Management Board of the Oil Factory Čepin d.d. and has been a member of the Management Board of Žito Group since 2015.
His experience and in-depth knowledge of production and trade processes make him a key figure in developing the Group's industrial capacities. At the same time, he actively develops modern sales channels and strengthens the market presence of Žito Group products.

Mato Božić
Member of the Management Board
Mato Božić, Member of the Management Board of Žito Group, leads operations in the agricultural sector, from crop farming to animal husbandry. He graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture in Sarajevo and began his career at the Žito Group in 2005 as the head of pig production. He has been a member of the Management Board since 2013.
He is committed to sustainable and precision agriculture, employing drones, modern mechanization, and detailed soil analysis to achieve optimal yields with minimal environmental impact. Under his supervision in the livestock sector, the Group manages ten pig farms, five beef fattening farms, three dairy cow farms, and two laying hen farms.

Jozo Ljubičić
Member of the Management Board
Jozo Ljubičić is a member of the Management Board of the Žito Group, responsible for finance, accounting, and strategic operations such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He holds a degree in Economics and began his career in controlling. He joined the Žito Group in 2010 as the Chief Financial Officer and has been a member of the Management Board since 2014.
He leads financial planning and works to optimize the Group's balance sheet structure and overall financial position. He plays a key role in managing investment cycles and strategies.
