Four biogas plants produce electricity, in addition to solar power plants installed at numerous areas and production facilities of the Group. The biogas plants, with a total installed capacity of 5.1 MW, use agricultural by-products as input raw material, which contributes to environmental protection.

Solar power plants
Žito Group, as part of its ecological and energy strategy, invests intensively in the construction of photovoltaic power plants at its locations and facilities. The total capacity of installed power plants so far is 8.3 GWh.
