DOBRO prosciutto made of organically grown black Slavonian pig was awarded with a gold medal at the 13th International Prosciutto Fair in Tinjan. This esteemed award confirmed the exceptional quality of DOBRO prosciutto, which comes from 100% organic farming and is made from only two ingredients – fresh pork loin of black Slavonian pig and Adriatic salt.
As many as 50 prosciutto producers from 6 countries presented themselves at the fair, and in the competitive part of the fair, according to an internationally recognized methodology, an expert jury evaluated the exterior of the ham, its organoleptic properties, and the appearance and smell of prosciutto on the rack.
DOBRO meat products made of eco-black Slavonian pig are delicacies of exceptional quality and unique taste. Thanks to high quality meat of organically raised black pigs, carefully selected ingredients and method of production they carry the certificate of an ecologically produced product.
In addition, the products do not contain artificial colors, flavor enhancers, soy and gluten, and the high content of intramuscular fat gives these meat delicacies a unique and distinctive taste.
